It doesn’t matter if you’re an aad wifey or a radgie gadgie, if you’re from the North East and especially a Geordie from Newcastle upon Tyne you’re going to know a word or two that may leave outsiders scratching their heads in wonder.
We are fascinated by dialects at Tangled Worm and especially the speech of our native North East of England.
